Exhaust manifolds bolts are subject to countless heat cycles, corrosion, and other extreme underhood conditions. If you pulled your manifold off without any broken hardware, consider yourself lucky. Don’t risk re-using the old hardware because we all know a broken bolt can turn a quick project into an all-day affair.
